This 3-bedroom home sleeps 10! The spacious backyard is perfect for entertaining with a large pool and seating area. The property offers 100 feet of prized Lake Sunset frontage with easy ocean access which gives way to gorgeous wide water views. Surrounded by mature landscaping, this home offers a level of privacy not often found in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Enjoy a constant pleasant breeze that makes this location desirable for the year-round sunny Southern Florida weather!

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to Las Olas shops, restaurants and the beach. Just minutes from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport & Port Everglades.
Due to Broward County ordinances, we can not allow any street parking due to this property being a vacation rental. There is also a noise ordinance in effect starting at 10 p.m. every night, so please remember to remain respectful of all our neighbors after this time.

There is a captain who uses the dock at the side of the house and charters the boat on weekends. They will not disturb you or interrupt your stay in any way.
You will be asked to sign our standard rental agreement with a breakdown of fees. The rental contract is a standard agreement that all guests are required to sign. A 3% processing fee is required for all confirmed reservations as well as a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00.
*The pool is not heated.

Great House with Great Location

The house is as shown in the pictures--picturesque and in a great location. I had some concerns due to VRBO (not the property managers), but was able to clear everything up thanks to Nathalie and her team. The downsides--if you plan on baking anything in the oven, don't. The ovens are about 40 years old and didn't work when we tried to cook breakfast. The pool table is also not in great shape. Even with these two minor things, it's easily a 5 out of 5 and would recommend this house for anyone.

Weekend Getway

Please read ALL the way to the bottom of this listing.... there will be people on the property that come and go because the dock is rented out to a boat captian. The management company that runs the show is quite aggressive 😳 asking if it was OK to meet landscapers at 830 in the morning at the house! The toilet in the upsairs bathroom has a button that sticks and we could not get toilet to flush. The dryer wouldnt turn on after I washed a small load of laundry. It was little things, but I doubt I would rent this house again. The best part was the loaction. We could walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. It is an old home and was neat, but the toilet in the kitchen threw me for a loop??!!!

Beautiful home close to the water and the fun

The house was so beautiful and in a private area. We loved the pool and being on the water. It’s an older house and we had a few issues with the lights when checking in but the property manager was able to get the handy man out ASAP. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible vacation in a gorgeous house

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house is beautiful and located in a stunning and safe neighborhood that is walking distance from both the beach and a cute main street area with great food options. The house is old which resulted in some technical issues, but as soon as we contacted the owners about the issue, they were able to get a handyman over to the house later that day. The owners were very helpful and communicative! Overall, my friends and I had an incredible stay.
