Definitely not cleaned between stays

The place itself is nice but it was VERY clear that it was never cleaned between stays. We had sand all over all the floors, empty shampoo and conditioner bottles in showers as well as body hairs in the showers and all over the bathroom floors. We called and they sent someone to clean the condo on our 2nd day. But then we also experienced mice running through the condo and Vacasa never came to address the situation throughout our next 4-5 days because they said they are hard to catch. Our last day (7-16-22) we stripped a queen bed we never used (we only used the king and bunk beds) and the sheets were full of sand. I would attach photos of it all but this doesn’t allow me to. I feel bad for the owners because it isn’t their fault that Vacasa’s cleaners are not up to par. But I definitely would NOT pay just under $4k to stay there for a week again. My family stayed in other rooms for $2900 and $3400 and they were not only more up to date but much cleaner!!

Attention to Master Bed & Cleanliness

Facilities and amenities were great for a family of 5. Only 2 complaints… the master bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky with poor quality linens. Not much sleep for us all week. Also, the bathrooms and kitchen were not very clean. Other than that, it had everything you need to function well as a family during vacation.

Great place

Loved the place. Far enough away from all the craziness on the boardwalk and lots of things for kids on the property. Plenty of places with good food within a walking distance. We will be back!!
