It got the job done
Our first issue was when we gave a courtesy heads up that we had our service dog, the property manager argued with me about her. I even offered up all of her paperwork and training. Past that the house was plenty big enough for us and was a very nice house. However they charge a very high cleaning fee but we arrived in the evening to not a single roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no dish soap/laundry soap/dishwasher pods, absolutely no extra sheets, pillows, or bedding. The bedding we did have had blood stains and dark yellow stains. Very old pillows. The beds had dents in the middle. There was a used towel on the bedroom floor, a beer can on a table, busted floats and trash all in the backyard, both toilet seats were broken, the trash cans outside were full and smelled aweful with flies everywhere. When we brought this up the manager claimed "we got there before it was ready" but it was after 5pm and the beds were made and all inside trash empty so they had been there to clean. Just be prepared to bring salt/paper products/laundry soap/trash bags/essentials, etc. The house could have been AMAZING if they had just taken care of it and replaced pillows, toilet seats, etc. Minor things that could have been dealt with. The location is great, 5 min walk to ocean front and food close by. We won't rent from them again due to the cost and cleaning cost (we left the house in way better condition than we got it) but we fixed it up ourselves and made it a comfortable stay!
