You may just want to spend your entire vacation taking in the view of the Gulf from your furnished balcony! Inside this lovingly furnished, 10th floor condo, central air-conditioning and all-tile flooring keeps things nice and cool. If you're arriving around mealtime, you'll find it easy to cook up something tasty in the well-equipped, full kitchen - enjoy snacks or full-course dinners at the breakfast bar, in the dining area, or out on the balcony. You and your guests will also enjoy access to a variety of shared amenities, including two hot tubs, an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, and a 14,000-square-foot lagoon pool. Of course, the Gulf is always just a short walk away.

Things to Know
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
Guests must pay an additional fee directly to the resort upon check-in, which covers their parking and wristbands for amenities access.
WiFi speed may be limited during periods of high occupancy.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great trip

It was okay. Room for improvement.

The room itself was fine. Shower ran out of hot water very quickly, within 5-10 mins of one person using the shower. Also, our biggest frustration was the indoor pool was down for repairs during a rainy and cold weekend. Still had to pay the full facility fee.

Great views but crowded area

The views were great from the condo, easy beach access, but the beach was super busy (as I should have guessed by the size of the resort). We found it easier to load up our wagon and walk about a block to the public beach access, way less crowded there and room for your beach gear. The pool was pretty but was freezing the whole 10 days we were there, but that isn’t the condo owner/manager fault. Beds were comfy and not worn out like at some places we have stayed. The parking spot that comes with the unit is the best at the complex, but the food delivery people also like it and on multiple occasions someone was parked in my spot but I’d wait a while and it would end up being Uber eats or something similar. I asked security about it and the lady checked and since there wasn’t a parking pass in the car she said they couldn’t do anything, She said I would have to call the property manager to get it towed, but I never took it that far.

Condo was clean. I thought kitchen was well stocked, they had all the utensils and things we needed to cook our meals. I agree that it needs some up keep as far as paint chipping off some cabinets and walls. Hot water doesn’t stay hot long. It’s a corner condo so awesome view of the beach! Was stocked with towels, beach toys and umbrella, and board games. Was nice to all have our own full bathroom. Parking spot was first floor right when u pulled in garage so that was super convenient. The elevators do suck sometimes.. at times only one working but never took more than 10 minutes to get up or down. Ask not TOO high up to just use the stairs. I would recommend the condo.

Nice View and Spacious Unit

The view was great and the unit was big enough for our party of 6. But the finishes in the unit are low quality, with several things being broken, such as the door handle for the balcony door in the bedroom, the kitchen counter, the towel bar in the center bathroom, the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom, the lock on the entry door did not always keep the door securely closed.
