Welcome to Contemporary Lake Life, it awaits you. Quiet and convenient we are brand new, close to boat ramp 22, Brookshires, Comal Park, Marina and River. Canyon Lake is "God's Secret Paradise". We offer 2 Queen bedrooms with full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and a convenient location. Enjoy the hot tub and stars at night. Close to Gruene, Wimberly, San Antonio, Austin, Fredericksburg, and Marble Falls. Bedrooms include smart TV's with streaming available. Relax and unwind on the patio, feed the deer from your hand. Basic Soaps, and linens provided. Great location! Minutes to grocery store and multiple restaurants. Close to wineries and distilleries. Minutes from the marina, Gruene, Wimberly, San Antonio Austin, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, Marble falls. Take a wine tour, listen to music and enjoy our lake and river!
Boat and Kayak rentals available. Concierge services for all rentals.
We take our guests safety seriously therefore, We have implemented measures to protect our guests. After each stay We sanitize the home and all frequently touched items.
Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation for weather. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will get a full refund minus the processing fee. Cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus the processing fee. No refunds within 14 days of arrival. The processing fee is $75.

Short or long term

There was issues with checking in n that was on me. This was my first time. The only things I had issue with was the bug guy showing up. I had no idea he was coming or was to come. Secondly, the neighbor to the right, the owner of the house has no trash service n uses this properties trash can. Both of these fall on the owner, not property mgmt team. Lack of communication

Amazing property

This property was one of few I have ever stayed at that was better than the listing showed. Beautiful house and very clean. Super cute and would love to stay here again!

Canyon Lake getaway

The house was perfect for our stay in Canyon Lake. Felt new and was very clean. Very comfortable beds. Host was very responsive to any questions and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent place- super stylish

This place is fantastic! The property managers are super responsive and the amenities are excellent. Don’t worry as you drive to the property-there are a few tired places in the way there BUT this place is a gem. And it’s perfect for visiting Canyon Lake! Close to boat launch with a courtesy dock. Overall just a great getaway spot!

Exceeded Expectations

We loved this property and will definitely be coming back to stay again! The home had everything we needed plus some! High tech, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, quality linens, etc. Thank you for your hospitatlity and effortless communication! We throughouly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back for another girls trip!

Super Cute, Very Clean, Perfect!

We loved everything about our stay. This little house was exactly what we needed for my family of 4. The kids loved the Tv in their room and we had everything we needed. Donna was very easy to work with and replied to my questions very quickly. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. We hope to be back soon!

CUTE LITTLE HOUSE

This property was so cute! It was super clean and seemed to be brand new. The house was perfect for the weekend away with friends. Every bedroom had it's own bath and was very convenient. The property managers were easy to get ahold of and were very accommodating. Thank you for having such an amazing little house.

This is a great place to stay.

The house is exactly as shown. We loved the furniture is so cute and comfortable, and the beds and pillows as well. The house was spotless and it has everything you need. The property management texted prior to our check-in, so we would have her contact information in case we need it. Thank you for the bottle of wine and the truffles. We thoroughly enjoy our stay! Lots of deer visited every morning, Love it! We will definitely be back!.

Very nice and convenient

This place is very nice and surpassed my expectations. When you walk it the decor is beautiful and everything inside is high tech and new. We saw so many deer which i was really excited about. The location is close to everything. We went tubing, to restuarants, and a couple of bars that were all 10mins or less away. Can't want to stay again.
