The adjacent living room has comfy seating, a very large flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors just like the dining area that open to the lanai and spacious pool deck. A modern fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere at night.

The suites are sized to impress and include king-size beds as well as large walk-in closets. The downstairs master suite has direct pool access with a privileged water view while you can enjoy the water view from two master suites directly and also from the large adjacent balcony on the second floor. All baths are equally impressive and spacious, with double sinks, walk-through or walk-in showers with frameless shower glass. The downstairs master suite has a modern, free standing bathtub. All suites feature flat screen smart TVs. Free WIFI is, of course, included. In case you have to dedicate a few hours to work during your vacation, there is an office available also.

The clorinfree infinity pool overlooks the water and includes a spa. Ample chaise lounges allow for tanning and relaxing in the sun. The outdoor seating areas have an overhang for a cooling shade and include a full outside kitchen with a built-in infrared BBQ Grill, a sink, a refrigerator, and an outdoor dining table. There is also a separate lounge area, perfect for morning or late night drinks and socializing. You can fish from private dock or simply enjoy the water views.

The house is centrally located in a quite neighborhood but still only minutes away from Cape Harbor or Tarpon Point where you’ll find great restaurants, bars, and shops. Four bikes and two kayaks are available for you to discover the beauty of neighborhood and nature.
