South Mountain Resort's is the place where your at peace in the silence of your own surroundings. Enjoy a drive that takes you through lush forests, vintage logging roads and across authentic-Indian hunting trails that will give you the experience of a lifetime.

Approximately 655 square feet, this exquisite One- Bedroom resort suite features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom,1 Sofa Bed including a full kitchen, bathroom and dining room. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Refrigerator, Stove/Range and Wheelchair Accessible

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. ET, and check-out time is 10 a.m. ET. The nearest airport to South Mountain Resort is Manchester, NH which is 80 miles by car respectively.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people, if this becomes available we will upgrade your room without question and free of charge.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at South Mountain Resort we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle permitted per suite.

No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. However, pets are permitted in RV parks only.

No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area.

Beware!! Let me start by staying the south mountain resort owned by Bluegreen timeshare company. It is a lovely resort with a pleasant staff. However, this listing is not what it appears to be. We were provided a studio condo with kitchen. we generally look for places that have a kitchen because we ski at Loonmountain during school vacation and we’d like to have a place where we can cook breakfast and dinner. Upon arrival. We did a large food shopping filled the fridge , unpacked all our clothes and toiletries for our upcoming four-day ski vacation. We arrived on the 12/28 on 12/30 at we were exiting our room when a gentleman asked if we were all set and checked out. Our response was no we are here for another two days. He said I’m sorry we have you checking out. I then contacted the front desk who said yes we have you checking out today and then checking in to another room later today that we would need to pack up all her things and wait until there was another room available most likely not until later that day after 4 PM . This caused a consider amount of stress and loss of a full day of skiing in which we paid for four full day lift tickets .We had to pack up the entire place and all and put all of our things on dollies including our food . The staff at the SMR was very understanding and has dealt with this issue in the past! third-party sales are not permitted by timeshare owners, causing problems for people who have planned a vacation through sites, such as VDRO This property is represented by Christian, Rrp. is operating a low budget, third-party rental business called rental pros. Who when contacted through the text via VBRo failed to respond I then asked for a phone call. I received a phone call from a man who called himself Julio at first and then changed his name to Diego halfway through our conversation. During our conversation, he said this is not our problem you need to contact VBRO. Save yourself the headache, and do not book this property.
