Excellent House

This is one of the nicest homes we have stayed at. It was clean, organized and beautiful inside and outside. The back porch and backyard are perfect for relaxing. We would rent this one again.

Disappointed

No handrails on stairs for safety. Checked in on Friday and called about problem with light in the living room and was told maintenance was off until Monday. Door handle came off in my hand so door could not be secured which meant someone had to stay home at all time. Went to go to bed and had to put the sheets on all the beds first. Had I known I had to pay seventy dollars for linens and then had to make up the beds when I got there and strip them before I could leave I would have just stayed home. It was written in the welcome book that if you changed the temperature up or down more than three degrees it could lock up the system. We were afraid to touch it. We killed three cockroaches in the master bedroom while we were there. We left on Monday rather than stay our last night. Not the vacation I had planned.

Idyllic Getaway

We could not have had a better stay. The house was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. My daughter got her own room and was very excited it had a tv. The pool was perfect for the afternoons when we wanted to stay in, and there beach is only a five minute drive away. We had a great time, and will definitely visit and book again.

Superior Property - All the perks of easy living!

Nice newer build with all the best of the good life! Pool, fully furnished kitchen, quality and attractive decor. Indoor/outdoor spaces are perfect in any season with screened in porch, porch swing, and nicely furnished. Just needs a periodic "deep clean" -- I am sure high season spot cleans are expedient and necessary, but use was starting to show. Great location for bike rides, get to beach, South Port or other locations (out back island bypass HWY 906). Central to anything and everything but distant enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Super friendly/professional owners and check-in/out. Highly recommend!

Great!

Will stay again! House was clean and beautiful! Only complaint is how early checkout was, 9 am seems a bit early! Other then that! We will stay again.
