• Observe neighborhood quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM
• Garbage/Recycling be taken to the road Sunday night and Wednesday night.

Terrific property for business meeting

We had 6 members of our team stay here for a team meeting. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the property. The location was on a quiet street and was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Nice Property - Some Potential Updates

Overall, it is a nice property with a number of amenities - pool, air hockey, theatre. However, a couple of the bathrooms and bedrooms are in need to some updating at some point. The fan in one of the bathrooms did not work. It seems to be the only property being leased out in the neighborhood. It is located not far from the beach and local attractions and restaurants. Overall - a solid property for larger groups. TY.
