The Oasis Beach Condo is located at Laketown Wharf. It is the perfect place for you to rest, relax, reset and enjoy some family time. Enjoy the Sunrise or Sunset, the views here are absolutely BREATHTAKING!

Incredible ocean views and beachfront fun awaits you at our condo in Panama City Beach. This 2-bedroom, 3rd space is a Twin Size Bunk Space, 2-bathroom vacation rental is located in the heart of PCB at the Laketown Wharf Resort — complete with 5 outdoor pools, oversized hot tubs, and beach access! When you’re not lounging by the ocean, head a half-mile up the road for family fun at Ripley's Believe It or Not! and WonderWorks. In the evening, take a sunset walk on the beach or relax on the balcony.

HOUSE RULES

- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 24 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell camera on the front door facing the exterior front entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video and sound when motion is detected or when the video doorbell button is pressed

- NOTE: The resort amenities are available with a required on-site fee of $102 This will include your resort wristbands and parking permits. You will receive a text/email a few days before arrival to register with your info so the resort will be expecting you when you arrive. The fee will be paid to the resort, via your text/email.

No more than 8 guest is allowed to stay over in unit per Resort Rules. There will be an additional fee of $59 for each guest if this happens. This will be enforced as this breaks the resort fire code.

*You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.*

* No smoking or vaping is allowed in the condo or on the balcony. If any evidence of such is detected there will be a $400 “additional” cleaning fee charged.

* Resort Quiet Hours are 11PM - 8AM so please be mindful of other surrounding guests.

'23 , Spring break with kiddos

We entered a very nicely decorated freshly cleaned home. I always love the initial walk through. It sets the tone. Very comfortable furniture, nice large tvs. Cooking utensils provided in nice updated kitchen. We invited 2 children (family) to give our 2 a more enjoyable experience. The only drawback for me was I was prepared to see 3 full bedrooms. Where the bunks were was a book that utilized that space perfectly but it didn't provide a door or TV for the boys so they could be entertained with they're gaming system without bothering the teenagers (you know how that can be for teenage girls) Please know I'm not looking for anything to complain about, but that tidbit of info would've been helpful because r have a small TV that would've been just fine in that space. The resort offered a lot of amenities as well. Eateries, and music, an ice cream store and candy store. We did have a nice view of the beach on the front side. The listing did say beachfront. My fault for assuming we were on the beach but again no problem, just a tad bit of walking right across the street. Comfortable bed, we tested well. We could still hear the sound of the ocean at night which I love as a lullaby. The washer and dryer was a big help as well. Overall I would use this property again. Thanks Eric& April

Our vision with “The Oasis” , our newly renovated Beach Condo in Panama City Beach Florida is to provide a place that is warm, comfortable and relaxing! Oh! And SUPER CLEAN! We can’t wait to host you at our place!

We visited and looked at many places in the area and none stood out to us like this one. There was just something about it that felt right! We just kept coming back to it, so we knew this was going to be our first property. Having said that, we have poured our heart and soul into the renovation, styling and furnishings in hopes that’s anyone who stays with us gets that’s same experience of “Wow, this place is amazing!”

The Oasis Beach condo has a breath taking view of the beach as soon as you walk in the living space! With access from the living room & the master bedroom you can walk right out of either room onto the spacious balcony with comfy furniture and the amazing view from the 17th floor of Laketown Wharf Resort! There are 5 pools, 2 jacuzzis, a full fitness center and a nightly light show on the lake. Within the resort there are several excellent restaurants available and a newly opened coffee shop called “The Press”. You will love this space!
