While you're set right on the lake for fishing, boating, and other watersports, this home is also less than 20 miles from a number of attractions including the Ozarks Amphitheater, the Lake Valley Golf Club, Ha Ha Tonka State Park, and the Big Surf Waterpark. You'll also be close to the seasonal boat races done at Captain Ron's, Home of the Shoot Out.

Visiting chefs will feel right at home in the well-equipped, island kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter seating for almost everyone in your group! In warm weather, indulge in alfresco meals outside on your furnished deck overlooking the water. Back indoors, meet up in either of two comfortable living areas complete with plush furnishings and TVs for streaming your favorite channels. You'll also find a poker table on the lower level ready for rainy day board games.

Additional features and amenities include a washer/dryer, cooling air-conditioning for summer days, a private dock, and a firepit for nighttime fun.

Dock details: No guest boat docking at this time, swimming off dock is allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
