5 bedroom (3 king size beds and 2 queen) with 4 full bathroom. Every room is unique and different from the others.

We have dinning area to enjoy nice prepared meals in our amazing brand new kitchen.

Enjoy your favorite shows in our relaxing living room with 75 inch 4k TV with Netflix and other free channels to have quality time with your family and friends.

Have fun in our second living room playing in our tennis table.

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- Key-less entry with door code upon arrival.
- Free Internet Wi-Fi.
- Family Room: Netflix, Sling TV, ethernet cables.
- Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers.
- Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, soap.
- Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener.
- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.

- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We required to take out the shoes inside of the property specially at the second floor.
- We have a ring door bell cameras and noise aware device for security reasons.
- The AC can be turned ON with the thermostat, but we request not to set below 72 degrees.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

Room for all

My family came to stay for my daughter’s wedding. Each of my adult children and spouse had their own room and basically their own bathroom. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the living spaces. It was nice to feel like we had room to move around.

Great spot

The interior was great, but the exterior really needs attention. The yard looks like no one has been there in months. Other than that, very pleased.

Hosts do not care. Supplies in the house a joke. At $535. per night I expected a lot more.

We have rented many houses through VRBO and other rental companies and overall have been very pleased. This house however we were not pleased with and if I could give it negative stars I would. Over f I v e h u n d e r e d p e r n I g h t 5 bedrooms 7 guests. Driving up to the house I could not believe how the front yard looked , full of 2 foot high weeds. Bunches of leaves in the entry, weeds in the back yard higher than I am tall. I contacted the host on the first day and was told the landscaper would come tomorrow. The weeds were still there when we left on the 6th day. No internet! 7 highly educated guests and none of us could figure it out. Carpets are filthy. One towel per bathroom - cheapest thin towels have ever encountered, we went out and bought some. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom? Really ? We had to buy toilet paper and paper towel. 3 canister lights hanging from the ceiling by one wire. - real safe ! Lights in the entire house flickered all the time - which tells you there are some major electrical problems. 3 bedroom lamps could not be turned on because the switch was missing. The kitchen was a joke. Not even salt and pepper. One roll of paper towel. The utensils and pots were probably bought at goodwill and very few of them. Not even a bottle opener. One kitchen towel. The worst stocked kitchen we have ever encountered. NO instructions at all. AFTER I had paid in full the house was put on the rental market ?? So, what would have happened if they had rented it for long term? Our daughter had a beautiful wedding but this house experience was MUCH to be desired. We checked out this morning and I told the host “Alfonso and Shun” about some of these issues and the reply was ”we have hired a company to do the landscaping” and that the internet works perfect. Well, hiring a landscaper after our stay does not help me. And I suggested to the host to go to the house and try and get internet - what an ignorant reply. Renters beware!
