Back at your stay, walk into the main living area where ample seating provides the perfect spot for your family to lounge and relax. The well-equipped kitchen comes with all the appliances you need to whip up a tasty treat. Enjoy your creations at the dining room table, or alfresco on the waterfront deck. Also in the kitchen, you will find easy access to a private washer/dryer. The bedrooms are spacious and cool, thanks to the townhome's central air-conditioning.

Additional perks include a community playground, perfect for the kiddos, and access to a dock - which can be used for kayaks and stand-up paddle boards.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Dock details: For kayak and stand up paddleboard use only. Not for boats.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

No parking pass

Prior to booking I asked about parking. I was told by Vacasa that there was parking but needed a pass. After arrival there was no pass. I spent my entire short 2 day trip communicating with Vacasa trying to get a pass that was never delivered. They kept saying the "local team" would deliver soon. The entire trip I was worried about getting towed. I have requesting a full refund from Vacasa because of the anxiety of being towed and the hardship on our family taking turns coming off the beach to check if the pass was delivered. They offered a $40 refund because a parking pass is only an amenity. Zero recognition from Vacasa that they pretty much ruined the trip. The house was very nice, kitchen well stocked, might was to bring your own good kitchen knife, it was clean, great location. I would stay again but not if Vacasa has anything to do with the booking.

Great Location! Close to the beach!

This townhouse was ideally located about 3 blocks from the beach and faced a small inlet from the back deck. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was comfortable. The bed in the queen room sagged a bit in the middle but was okay for sleeping. The twin beds were comfortable but the frame was broken on one of them. We reported it the next morning and they were responsive about getting someone out but unfortunately we were at the beach and missed the call. We managed to put something under the bed frame and it worked for the rest of the visit. The area is very walkable and there is a Five Guys at the corner, an inside and outside minature golf and a restaurant near by. We enjoyed our time and would definitely consider booking again.
