OVERVIEW: Enjoy a laid-back vacation in this gorgeous Dewey Beach ground-level condo. Just one block from the beach and steps from the Jolley Trolley, this condo boasts charm with updated amenities and features furnished for in-home comfort. Happy hour entertainment awaits in the breezy enclosed backyard, equipped with outdoor furnishings and a gas grill. The spacious, single-level interior features a bright, open floor plan for comfortable indoor gatherings. The updated kitchen boasts all new cabinets, counters, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy home meal planning. A primary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom offers a queen and double bed, and the bunk nook has a twin bunk bed and is most suitable for children. Family fun in Dewey includes skimboarding, bonfires, movie nights on the beach, and exciting amusements at the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. Families can access the Boardwalk without touching their car by riding the Jolly Trolly, which picks up right on the corner. Just park and vacation!
LOCATION: Located on Saulsbury Street, just one block from the beach.
PARKING: Private driveway for two cars. A diagram will be posted at the condo.
AMENITIES: Recent renovations, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, fenced-in backyard, and electronic keypad for easy check-in and check-out process.
THINGS TO KNOW: Streaming services only. The bunk nook has a twin bunk bed and is most suitable for children. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental package for guests. The 2nd level may be rented at the same time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cute House! Very Clean! Great Location!

We really enjoyed this house for the weekend! The location is perfect! The house was very clean when we arrived and the owner was very responsive and accommodating! Would absolutely recommend this property. Loved how they used the closet space to add in the bunk beds for extra sleeping. Look forward to staying there again!
