The Mirador House is a newly remodeled, fully updated home. Centrally located in the upscale El Mirador neighborhood in Palm Springs. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a Fisher & Paykel range. Beautiful unobstructed mountain views with a private resort like yard, pool, hot tub, fire pit, and bbq surrounded by 15 ft hedges. The perfect Palm Springs getaway!



Minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties. Palm Springs has strict noise ordinances for vacation rentals which must be followed.

Check in time is 4pm, check out is 10am. Early check in and/or late check out may be available for an additional fee. Pool and Spa heat is available for and extra fee per day based on season. Please ask us if interested.

El Mirador is a quiet central Palm Springs neighborhood with approximately 160 eclectic homes which include larger estates to vintage Palm Springs bungalows. The neighborhood is highly desirable for its central location within downtown Palm Springs, the design district and its restaurants and shopping, as well as Ruth Hardy Park. Ruth Hardy Park has public tennis courts and a great playground for little ones!
You’re renting the entire house. The whole house and yard are yours exclusively to enjoy.
From the moment you drive through the gates, you'll know this one is special. Entering the home, you find the open concept, casual living and dining areas off the large kitchen. The living room has a large Smart TV and comfortable seating. Casual dining indoors out outdoors is a breeze with seating for six with immediate slider access to the backyard and beside the well-stocked kitchen. Two guest bedrooms with king beds have slider access to the pool and backyard. The primary bedroom with king bed and en-suite is located on the south end of the home, with smart tv and side patio mountain views.

The house is just a short Uber, Lyft or taxi ride to nightlife, restaurants, & shopping. Services like grocery stores and gyms are quite close as well.
