This property is on a quiet road very close to local medical facilities. Once a 3 season camp recently renovated into a 4 season home. Private office with an amazing view of Tannery Brook. The lofted ceiling in the living/sitting room. Fully stocked library for relaxing with a good book and cup of tea. The lofted bedroom provides slow light filtration to wake you in a serene mood. Full 50's style kitchen in basement with a walkout screened-in porch to watch bald eagles fly up the brook or enjoy our comical local turkeys and peaceful deer that live within a mile of the home. Soak in the clawfoot tub after a long shift to relax and rejuvenate your energy. Enjoy a streaming show in our cozy and warm living room. 54 acres of private land to hike, walk your dog, and explore giant ice age erratic's. A washer and dryer will be installed by 3/31/23.

If you are looking for a quiet get away to Maine this is the place. Located on a small road off Mariaville Rd in Mariaville Maine. You may experience wildlife interactions. If you are a writer or artist, this is a special place to relax and create. The landlord is directly across the road for any issues or needs you may have.

There are 47 private acres of land to explore in any season. We recommend you follow the guidelines in the home for a safe and enjoyable experience. The claw foot tub is especially nice for relaxing. The Tannery Brook runs directly behind the house and along the hiking path through the 47 acres. It is a moderate hike up a slight slope of one mountain.
