This spacious light-filled 1700-square foot home has high-ceilings, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and cozy outdoor patio area with a heated* swimming pool.

The primary bedroom has a Duxiana California King bed with a full bath ensuite. There are two queen-sized beds in each additional bedroom. The second bedroom has its on own ensuite three-quarter bath and the third shares the common three-quarter bath. Each bathroom has rain-fall showers and as well as hand-wands. TVs are available in two of the three bedrooms (the primary and second).

Stay here and you'll have everything you’ll need to cook, entertain, or just relax - our kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a pod-less automatic espresso machine, a drip-coffee maker and electric kettle. All appliances are Kitchenaid. The stove is gas. The oven is electric. Plenty of baking supplies and pots and pans and other cooking equipment. Plastic/melamine dishes and cups are available for dining outdoors and by the pool (please no glass by outdoors ;-).

Outdoors, relax in a heated, saltwater pool+spa combo and multiple lounge areas in the patio area. There is a full-sized gas BBQ, automatic patio lights, and umbrella in the fully-fenced-in backyard space.

Our living room area contains a large, comfy section sofa and big flat screen with access to Netflix, Hulu, and additional streaming services. High speed wireless internet is available throughout the home.

This home has solar and a power-wall providing almost total electrical independence year-round.
