Great location! RD staff very helpful & responsive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location. Perfect to get to the beach (less than 5 minute walk to beach access) and to Seaside. Convenient Publix located nearby - short drive away.The house is clean and the Royal Destinations staff is very helpful and responsive. We were there during the very busy Spring Break week and still had great response to questions we had before and after our stay.House got 4 out of 5 stars because it is clean and well located, but is not as updated as others we have stayed at in the area. Would be nice to have a table by the pool to eat outside.

Great location but odd floor plan

The house is in a great location - minutes to beach and about 8 minute walk to the Seaside shops & restaurants. The private pool is medium sized and fit 5 of us (3 rafts) comfortably. The pool heater didn't seem to be work and worth the extra money. I raised the issue with the rental company so it might get addressed to future renters. The house layout is odd so plan appropriately for those in your group. The loft on the top floor has queen bunkbeds with no door nor access to a bathroom unless going into a bedroom on the 2nd floor or going to the main level. 2nd floor bedrooms are nice sized both with private bathrooms. The master suite (2nd floor) has a huge bathroom. The 1st floor queen bedroom is the access point to the pool. This was very strange to have to cut through a bedroom to go to the pool. The first level bathroom is off kitchen for bedroom, family room, those coming in from pool and loft room. It is small with no extra shelving or drawers. The rental company was responsive if we reached out - minor issues only. The house did come with 4 bikes.

Great stay at the Sand Dollar!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Great location, easy walk to the beach and bike ride to Seaside! Royal destinations was a great host. Huge perk was the beach towel service and tons of extra linens. Kitchen seemed well stocked! Beds were very comfortable. All in all we had a great stay! Only recommendation I would have is to add a small outdoor patio table to enjoy a meal back by the pool!
