The first floor includes four bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and ample closet and storage space. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has a king bed and the other bedroom contains four twin beds. The first floor also includes an extra den area, which is perfect for kids and includes a large flat-screen TV, wet bar, beverage fridge, and sink. The second floor has a spacious living area, dining area, state-of-the-art kitchen, and extra-large pantry.

On the second floor is also the true primary bedroom with a king bed and a stunning extra-large bathroom including a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The kitchen is a chef's dream with elevated finishes, a gas stove, and updated appliances. Enjoy meals for eight at the dining table with another 4 at the lovely kitchen bar. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply. This home allows short stays, a minimum of 4 nights, up until the end of the year in advance. All short stays (nightly rentals less than 7 days) include our Hobbspitality standard linen drop-off and departure cleaning. Please be aware that specialty housekeeping services such as Ready for Bed, Convenience Service, and towel sets are only included with weekly rentals, but can be added to your nightly reservation for a fee. Owner-coordinated cleaning and linens will not allow these add-ons.
