The space
Welcome to your home away from home. This apartment is a newly appointed all modern design. The apartment has 2 levels (separate additional 2 bdrm unit downstairs). Perfect Silicon Beach location! Great family/friend vacation rental. Can also work from home, while slipping out for walks on the beach, boogie boarding, biking, surfing, and much more! Large unit: 1350+ sqft. Includes private deck.

Second Floor:
Easy entry up to the second floor where there is a large living area with wood tile floors, rugs, designer dining table and chairs – Eames/Noguchi. Sliding doors open to a large patio with dining table, BBQ, water, sun, and park views. The living room is spacious and comfortable. Stone counters and bar in the kitchen open to the dining and living room. Beautiful space with great light throughout the day. Two large and one smaller bedroom have over 30 lineal feet of closet space alongside two full bathrooms.

First Floor:
Two-bedroom unit rented separately. 1100+ sqft. Includes private patio.

This is our vacation home at the beach which we rent out when we are not using it. The neighborhood is amazing!

It is so perfectly located to everything Silicon Beach has to offer! The apartment is clean, sunny, airy, and nice -- perfect place to stay. We have tried to furnish it with most everything needed to be comfortable and are happy to accommodate requests. Happy to host families/friends wanting a long-term vacation stay here at the beach! :)
