Our home is located on the west side of the highway, within walking distance to the town of Cayucos and the beach. This is a brand new home with spectacular views and bright, open design. In the home you will find everything you need from our fully stocked kitchen to games and puzzles for your enjoyment. 2 smart TV’s feature Spectrum cable as well as Netflix and Disney Plus. We provide all linens and towels so the home is ready for your arrival! The ground floor holds the two car garage, a half bath, and a large bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (twin over full). The second floor holds the master suite with private deck, two guest bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, and the laundry room. The third floor holds the open plan kitchen and living area with an attached retreat room and half bath. The large deck features 180 degree ocean views, comfortable seating, a BBQ, and a giant Connect-4 game for plenty of vacation fun!
