This is a pet friendly property! We allow up to 2 small dogs or 1 large dog. The pet fee is $200 plus tax per pet. Another amazing feature this cottage includes is the ActivePure Technology that provides 24/7 air purification & surface decontamination as it works to reduce allergens and other contaminants. The cottage is steps away from the large community pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, fitness center, tennis

Two complimentary beach chaise chairs and a large umbrella are included with your stay. Beach service
is provided from mid-March through end of October. There are also folding beach chairs you can bring
from the house for your use as well.
