Located in the heart of Central Ave, you will be surrounded by a plethora of entertainment, dining and shopping, all just a few steps away. Parking options are varied with both available in the parking lot (just be sure to use caution when entering at night). With all that this unit has to offer, it's the ideal place to explore Grand Central's vibrant scene.

The location of our apartment makes it incredibly convenient to navigate the area. Many attractions and amenities are within walking distance, allowing you to explore on foot. For those who prefer not to drive, Veo scooters are available for rent and can be found on random blocks throughout the neighborhood, providing a fun and eco-friendly way to get around. Additionally, public transportation options are easily accessible, allowing you to venture further if desired.

There will be a Security Deposit Hold of $150 on same day of check in, if there is no damage assessed after departure then it shall be refunded.

We recommend 30+ day bookings per city ordinance for short term vacation rentals.

Great spot with all your needs

While the parking lot was a mess, that is temporary. The excellent location is permanent. Stairs are a little narrow and only one seat outside, but inside has all amenities you need. Well decorated, walking distance to many food/drink spots, excellent host. Thank you!!
