Tucked away in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, just a short distance from the sand and surf, this single-level home is ideal for your next family vacation! Venture out a bit and discover a number of local attractions beyond the beaches including the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, McLean Park with its lake, picnic pavilions, and sports courts, Lost Treasure Mini-Golf, and the Big "M" Casino offering day and evening cruises on a 186-foot yacht, all located less than five miles from your door!

Inside, discover a sunlit living area set beneath a vaulted ceiling, a well-equipped, full kitchen with all the accessories you need to prepare everyone's favorite recipes, and a dining area with a large table for mealtimes or rainy day board games. You'll also find an inviting Carolina room with a desk and chair overlooking the large back yard.

Outside, dine alfresco on the furnished patio or slip into the hammock for an afternoon nap.

This home also features a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning for warm summer days!

Needs Some Attention

The property had not had lawn cut or paved areas blown off in quite some time. House looked abandoned. Many bulbs burned out including fridge or just not working. The dishwasher did not latch or work at all. The stand alone shower was full of sand and a live spider. The bathtub had dead bugs and bathrooms not wiped down. The insides of the kitchen cabinets were filthy as well as the pots and pans themselves. The fridge on outside was very dirty and again, not cleaned. We basically had to clean before everyone else arrived

Do more research next time

Great home. It’s in a residential neighborhood. Not much to do within the home. It only has one tv. Great for someone without kids looking for a getaway from the activities or night life. Didn’t do my research and my six year old grandson had a horrible time. Mosquitoes bit him up badly. No activities for the kids.
