Guest Access:
Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit. Also will have access to all amenities in the building.

The Neighborhood:
Just outside your door, you will find all the best Salt Lake City has to offer. Take in the striking architecture of the nearby Governor's Mansion and Cathedral of the Madeleine as you make your way Kahve Café for breakfast. Spend your afternoons taking in the natural wonders of Salt Lake City, or pass through the Natural History Museum and Utah Museum of Contemporary Art. Make sure to stop by Hatch Family Chocolates for the best homemade chocolates you will find.

Getting Around:
Most of what you are likely here for is just a short walk away. Public transport is right around the corner if you need to leave downtown. Most of our guests prefer to use Uber and Lyft for longer range trips.

Other Things to Note:
The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team.

Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Please contact our team for more details.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.

Nice place, nice light, instructions could be improved
We have stayed twice because we like it. The only complaint would involve the instructions for the entry process. The lock on the apartment door takes a numeral code - so far, so good. But then, the instructions say, touch the lock symbol. Unfortunately, no lock symbol becomes visible until after you've touched the place where it's located at the bottom of the circle. So the instructions should actually say: "After entering your code, touch the bottom of the screen. A green lock signal will appear and the door will unlock. When leaving, touch the bottom of the screen again, and a red lock signal will appear, and the door will lock."

The apartment is lovely- light and spacious, working quiet appliances.Main suite bed is very cushy due to foam topper. Second bedroom the bed is unreasonably hard and does not soften when you lie on it. We were unable to sleep the full night on it. The "city manager" was unwilling to get a second topper leaving us with only one comfortable bed. The apt is well stocked but no basic supplies beyond spices for cooking. Only 1 dishrag. There is a long hallway and several doors to go through before you reach the apartment which is challenging if you have a lot of items. All communication shifts to property management -the tone of the contract and policies all feel very threatening with huge fines and that what is provided is all they provide- so this rental is the opposite of the typical VRBO experience with a person who is responsive and reasonable. Threats of ridiculously high fine if not out by 10 is an example of the tone of the written communication and left me feeling like there was no point in asking for any support. We also stayed in another similarly priced 2 bed apartment during our 3 week stay in SLC and although there were issues in the other apt, the personal nature of the host and responsiveness was way preferable to the threats of huge fines and an unwillingness to improve the bed situation in this apt. I will not be returning. Also if you are sensitive to smells be aware the hallways in the building have automatic air fresheners that are always in effect.

Central SLC location- ok value
Only overnight parking is a couple blocks away- daily parking in apartment garage is available for $40/day - excessive- fee for monthly parking is $100, the $30/day should be built in price - bonus $200 parking fee for 4 days was bad Christmas present. Apartment was nice and spacious, cleaning was ok. Paid parking automated entry only worked on last day. Don’t n ow who this company usually rents to but every email has a threat of fees if not followed exactly. We needed to be near Primary Children Hospital so only choice. Property doesn’t link to VRBO system, just their own.

A great place, close to everything, and quite spacious
Beautiful new apartment in the city. The location is great, offering proximity to everything while still providing a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere just a few blocks away from downtown. The apartment is tastefully furnished, with comfortable beds, and the kitchen is fully stocked to meet all your cooking needs. Highly recommended!
