Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit. Also will have access to all amenities in the building.

Just outside your door, you will find all the best Salt Lake City has to offer. Take in the striking architecture of the nearby Governor's Mansion and Cathedral of the Madeleine as you make your way Kahve Café for breakfast. Spend your afternoons taking in the natural wonders of Salt Lake City, or pass through the Natural History Museum and Utah Museum of Contemporary Art. Make sure to stop by Hatch Family Chocolates for the best homemade chocolates you will find.

Getting Around:
Most of what you are likely here for is just a short walk away. Public transport is right around the corner if you need to leave downtown. Most of our guests prefer to use Uber and Lyft for longer range trips.

Other Things to Note:
The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team.

Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Please contact our team for more details.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.

Very nice apartment close to U of U Hospital & Downtown
We rented this apartment for one week while had a family member in the hospital at U of U. It was very close to down down, in a safe area and right by the Governor’s Mansion. We paid the extra $39 a night for in garage parking which was very convenient while I thought this was a high amount, we wanted the security and the convenience of the parking. The apartment was perfect for the three of us that stayed there while we visited the hospital during the day. It was close to restaurants and was nicely furnished with a small living room, two decent size bedrooms, two walk-in closets and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, spices dishes, pots, and pans and lots of utensils. The unit had a full-size washer and dryer which came in handy because we had come to Salt Lake City just for a few days and ended up having to stay for several weeks because of an accident on the slopes. We did laundry often and it was very convenient to have the large washer and dryer, I would say this was a definitely five star location. Everything was very nice including the response from the owner for any questions that we had. The only thing that I would say is that the parking should have been included, and it was pricey at an additional $39 per night. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent property
We were very impressed with the cleanliness and layout of this unit. The on-site staff was very friendly and helpful. This unit was very convenient to the U of U. I highly recommend this property and INVITAE' services. We will be coming back here if ever in SLC for an extended stay.
