This property made our trip to Asheville

This property made our trip to Asheville that much better. It was in a beautiful area outside of the downtown with plenty to do and amazing Mountain View's right around the corner. The house was spotless and as advertised will definitely stay here again!

Son's Graduation

This was a perfect property for my son's graduation from Mars Hill. Five minutes from the school and a great coffee shop downtown! There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked to make family dinners. Master shower wasn't working properly, and they were very responsive. We would highly recommend this property.

Very happy

Great home with lots of amenities Hot tub,pickle ball, fire pit,plenty of outdoor spaces. Mighty Tree was very responsive and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay

House is lacking care

The house and property itself were as described as far as size, location and set up. And, we were very satisfied with the prompt response of the management company. But, there were so many broken things. It seems there is a lack of effort in fixing things that are broken and the cleanliness was below par. When we arrived the house smelt like mild cigarette smoke. One of the showers wasn't working at all and another shower had so much mold/mildew when you wiped a piece of white toilet paper on the bottom of the shower, it was covered in black mold. I had to clorox it myself and scrub it before we could use it. One of the 2 washing machines leaked all over the laundry room floor as soon as we turned it on. The in ground basketball goal was coming out of the concrete and had to be taken down while we were there to ensure nobody got hurt if it completely fell. When we called about each item, management did send someone out quickly to look at each item. But, in most of those cases, it seemed like it was to just "check". Which means the next renter is likely going to experience the same issues. Also, one of the bedrooms in the basement has to be walked through to get to the other 2 bedrooms. So that bedroom has NO privacy. There isnt a door on that bedroom. And the ping pong table is a mini version, not a full size version. Our family love playing pickball and the court was nice. But, bring your own equipment to play with. They only had 2 rackets and one ball.
