Welcome to your North Boulder home away from home! This charming and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom + office house is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Boulder.

The house is located in a friendly neighborhood, just a short 10-min drive from downtown Boulder, Pearl Street Mall, and the University of Colorado campus. It is also within close proximity to numerous hiking and biking trails, as well as the Four Mile Creek Path running behind the house.

The house itself is beautifully decorated and features all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, an office space with two large monitors attached to a standing desk, and a partially-fenced backyard with a patio.

The primary bathroom has a shower/tub and dual sinks. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and a single sink.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a large TV.

Backyard

The private partially fenced-in backyard has a patio with a table and chairs. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Colorado sunshine.

I'm originally from beautiful Upstate NY along the Hudson Valley. I visited Colorado for a wedding and instantly fell in love. I've been in Boulder since 2019 and recently moved to Denver to split the work commute with my fiance.

I loved that the house was surrounded but lots of walkable trails and a tennis court was a short walk away. The property was close to my job so it was a short 15 min bike ride along the biking trails in the mornings.

The property is actually in unincorporated Boulder County but is nestled close to the heart of the City of Boulder. Accommodation taxes are cheaper, and anything shipped to the house only incurs county tax (half rate).
