Our home offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, while still being minutes from HWY 70 and I40. Enjoy the tranquility of nature from the private deck and patio, where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening in the hot tub. Pets and children can enjoy safe play in the fenced in yard off the private deck.

Things to Do:

Hiking:
Lace up your hiking boots and explore the nearby trails. The Blue Ridge Mountains offer a plethora of hiking options for all skill levels. Entry to the Blue Ridge Parkway is minutes away. Take in the stunning panoramic views and cascading waterfalls, while still being able to make a day trip back for dinner, live music, or local breweries in downtown Asheville or Black Mountain.

Breweries:
Asheville is renowned for its craft beer scene. Take a short drive to some of the best breweries in the area, where you can sample a variety of local brews and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

Art and Culture:

The house is located on the same exit as the Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove, which attracts thousands of visitors each year. Within the home, you'll find a large kennel with a bed/blanket, toys, water/food bowels, and dog treats! A portion of the yard is fenced, too, allowing you the best of both words! There are even some doggie bakeries located downtown Asheville!

Conveniently located, you're just a short drive away from downtown Asheville and its eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Experience the best of both worlds – the serenity of the mountains and the vibrancy of the city. In the other direction, visit Black Mountain. This mountain town has a small-town feel, while still offering plenty to do.
