Newly constructed and fully furnished with everything you need for beach living. The open-concept living and dining rooms are perfect for gathering and making memories. A fully stocked kitchen includes all new stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and dishes. Our spacious dining table will seat 6-8 people and is perfect for entertaining! An additional 5-6 people can be seated at our countertop and kitchen island.

All three bedrooms include TVs with Rokus and ample storage. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a twin daybed with twin trundle, and enjoys access to an attached bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower. There is a workstation so that you can continue to work remotely as you enjoy your vacation. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, and seating on the second-floor deck. Bedroom 3 offers two Queen size beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full-sized shared bathroom.

Please note, there is a lot adjacent to these townhomes. It does not obstruct ocean views and our beach access is a private walkway to the left of this lot.

In addition to sheets, we provide fresh bath towels and beach towels! As a Lumina property, we love to support other local businesses! We place products from local artisans and business throughout our home that are available for purchase to guests through our online Lumina Marketplace!

This is a dog-friendly home with pet fee. 2 pups max under 50lbs.

Covered parking assigned for 2 cars, 1 uncovered parking spot.

Outdoor enclosed shower

Gas grill provided, grilling allowed only in the driveway 10 feet away from all wooden structures. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks, boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund and guest will be held financially and legally responsible for damage caused by violation.

No smoking is allowed in the house or outside.
