Conveniently located within minutes of year-round recreation at Granby Ranch, this condo makes a wonderful Colorado getaway come winter, spring, summer, or fall. It's a sunny, comfortable space, offering both a private balcony with a grill and a gas fireplace to curl up next to after a day spent on the slopes.

This condo sits on the second floor of the Lodge at Ten Mile, a property with views of the surrounding mountain landscape and a hot tub available for your use. The base area of Granby Ranch is two miles down the road; the golf course is just three miles west. You'll also be a short and scenic drive from downtown Granby (two miles), Fraser (13 miles), Winter Park Resort (18 miles), and the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park (23 miles).

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a modern kitchen with a granite breakfast bar, an open living area with leather furnishings, and sunlight streaming in through the balcony door. Toss the day's dusty or damp clothes in the washer/dryer, cozy up by the fireplace, and find a favorite movie to watch on TV.

The two bedrooms are full of natural light, each offering a TV, views of the mountains, and access to its own bathroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
