This charming third-floor end unit is very quiet with beautiful views of the mountains! Whether it's peak summer or the middle of winter, you'll find a great deal to love about this lofty, two-story studio at the Inn at Silver Creek. Ideally situated mere minutes from area golf courses and the slopes of Granby Ranch (two miles), this is a place for fun-filled days of outdoor recreation.

The Inn at Silver Creek is an all-seasons resort just outside downtown Granby (three miles north). On the grounds, you'll have access to a heated outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, two indoor hot tubs, a fitness room, an arcade, tennis and racquetball courts, a barbecue and picnic area, a gas firepit, laundry facilities, a business center, and a 24-hour front desk. For adventure, take your pick - Hot Sulphur Springs (12 miles), Winter Park Resort (20 miles), and the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park (25 miles) are all close by.

Begin summer mornings outside on your balcony, offering a bistro table where you can have your breakfast with views of the surrounding hills. Come winter, build a crackling fire in the stone fireplace and toast your wool socks before heading out for a day on the slopes.

In the evenings, enjoy a compact kitchen, an indoor dining table, and a TV to screen your favorite movies on cable and DVD. The cozy sleeping space is upstairs in a loft overlooking the living room.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
