The House has carpet on the stairway and bedrooms and offers you 5 King Size, 0 Queen Size, 6 Full Size, 3 Twin Size for your stay. Also, Free parking spots. First come, first serve. No street parking allowed. Parking, Central, Linens & Towels Provided, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer In House, Iron, Hair Dryer and Free Cable & Internet. As a starter supplies, you will find 1 Roll Paper Towel, 1 Dish Sponge, 1 Dish Detergent, Trash Bags in all trashes, 1 new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner in all full bathrooms. The house is self-catering. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for your stay. If you want a welcome package, please call us. "Storey Lakes Resort is 10 minutes from Walt Disney World® and 18 minutes from Universal Studios. In 2017, Guests have full use of the resort's clubhouse which includes a resort-style pool featuring a spa and waterslide with lazy river, splash pad, sand volleyball court, sport courts, playground, putting green, and lake dock. - Storey Lake Resort has it all! We are excited to introduce you to our newest resort!

Tucked away in the resort is The Hideaway Club featuring a resort style pool and lazy river, two water slides and a huge kids splash park. Kayak rentals are available for relaxing on the lake surrounding the resort. The family will love the 9-hole mini golf course and sand volleyball courts. The fitness center offers state-of-the-art equipment and is open for extended hours for our guests. Enjoy the full liquor bar at the outdoor Tiki bar while ordering your favorite food poolside. Save room for ice cream sundaes from the poolside Ice Cream shop. Clubhouse offers: Huge Resort Style Pool, 9-Hole Mini Golf Course, Lazy River, Kid's Splash Park, 2 Waterslides, Tiki-Bar, Fitness Center, Sand Volleyball Courts, Arcade Game Room, On-site Dining, Ice-Cream Shop and Kayak Rentals.

Note: A rental deposit and rental fee may be collected for any sports equipment rented at the clubhouse. Prices vary.

Extras:

Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (It needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and should be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in)

The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum.



STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom, items of personal hygiene, dish soap/sponge, detergent for the dishwasher and laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.



HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.



THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide Welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.



FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.



Excessive required cleaning or also considered a double clean is charged $100.00.
