The space

🌅 Tons of privacy, gorgeous views, sunsets - what more could you want in a San Diego stay? This property is set behind a tall fence at the end of a cul-de-sac, which is very quiet.

🏡 The main house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, open kitchen and living room.

🛌 Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, desk and office chair, perfect for those who work from home. It has a ceiling fan, split system A/C and heating unit and closet.

🛌 Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and closet.

👩‍🍳 The kitchen is large, open and spacious with a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge and gas range. Watch TV on the 65-inch screen while cooking or relaxing in the living room. The kitchen and living room also has a split system A/C and heating unit.

🏡 The guesthouse is a large self-contained studio (about 350 square feet), with a queen size bed, dining table and chairs, full kitchen with microwave, electric stove, Keurig coffee machine and large refrigerator. It also has a split system A/C and heating unit, storage and 55-inch smart TV.

📺 Very high-speed internet and YouTube TV subscription provided (you can also log into your own Netflix accounts, etc.).

🧺 A washer and dryer is free and on-site, with detergent pods provided.

Clean and Good Communication

The property itself was nice. Owners did a great job on the remodel and everything was updated and clean. Only issue we had was the neighborhood wasn’t great. I wouldn’t feel very safe walking around the property or in the surrounding neighborhood. And parking was less than ideal. 1 car was ok but not great as there really isn’t a driveway. And the street was packed with cars so no street parking was available. Overall our it was just ok. A good deal for the price as I’m sure a better location and surrounding neighborhood would have cost more.

🏝️ 15 minutes from downtown San Diego, the beautiful Coronado Island and almost all of the best parts of the city. It’s also located right off the 805 freeway.

🌳 The street itself has a mix of young and old from a variety of backgrounds, many of whom have lived there for decades.

🛒 Just down the hill, you’ll find everything you need: the grocery store Food 4 Less, CVS pharmacy, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Carl's Jr, Starbucks, LA Fitness gym and more.

🛍️ It's also 5-minute drive from the Bonita Westfield mall and the Chula Vista shops of Walmart, Grocery Outlet, Old Navy, Aldi, Ross, Best Buy, etc.
