4 posti letto. Situato in una posizione sulla scogliera ai margini del villaggio di Mullion sulla penisola di lucertola. Vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulla costa. Metri dal sentiero costiero e ideali per i cani. Meno di 10 minuti a piedi lungo la costa fino alla bellissima insenatura sabbiosa Polurrian Cove. Il cottage si trova a pochi metri dal Polurrian Bay Hotel, dove gli ospiti possono usufruire gratuitamente della piscina coperta, della palestra, del campo da tennis e della piscina all'aperto, nonché dei ristoranti rilassati ed eccellenti dell'hotel. Possono anche rilassarsi nel centro benessere dove è disponibile una vasta gamma di trattamenti. Il cottage presenta una cucina a pianta aperta, una sala da pranzo / salotto, un bagno, un patio privato con posti a sedere e parcheggio fuori strada. Il villaggio di Mullion è a pochi passi di distanza. Ci sono negozi, pub e ristoranti tutti raggiungibili in 15 minuti a piedi. Il sentiero costiero passa di fronte alla proprietà - gira a sinistra ed è a 15 minuti a piedi da Mullion Cove e dal suo drammatico porto con opportunità di rifornimento. Svolta a destra e altri 15-20 minuti a piedi ti portano a Poldhu Beach (per il surf e il Poldhu Beach Cafe aperto tutto l'anno. Il fiume Helford (per la vela e il torrente francese di Daphne du Maurier), la spettacolare Kynance Cove, l'affascinante Cadgwith Cove e la Lizard (il punto più meridionale della Gran Bretagna) sono tutti facilmente raggiungibili in auto.

I spent my childhood holidays in Cornwall and have been bringing my two boys to Mullion and Polurrian Bay every year since they were very small. It was a chance encounter with the previous owner that enabled us to go ahead and purchase our own small part of this beautiful county.
We try and escape to Columbine as much as we can, and since COVID have comer here to work remotely a few weeks a year. it is great to escape the hustle of London to be by the sea and enjoy walks from the cottage along the south west coast path. If you don't fancy that then there's always the coziness of the cottage with a good book.

There is something for everyone on the Lizard whether it's the abundance of beautiful beaches dotted along the peninsula (Kynance Cove the gem), delicious food, surfing, walking the coast path, kayacking around Mullion harbour and beyond, sailing on the Helford river, wildlife, arts and craft or just pure relaxation.
The cottage lies adjacent to the coast path less than 10 minutes walk to Polurrian Cove. Rarely crowded this sandy beach offers surfing on your doorstep. We love to go down early evening in high summer with a beach barbeque and catch the last of the sun as the tide rolls in. Or blow the cobwebs away and walk to Poldu Beach, about a 15 minute walk, for an egg and bacon breakfast bap and "special" hot chocolate with cream and marshmallow. There is also the surf school.

Despite being the most southerly point of England, Cornish weather is always changeable. The cottage includes free use of the leisure facilities of the Polurrian Bay Hotel just metres away, including the tennis court (with views of Mounts Bay), indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi and gym. There is also a spa offering a range of treatments to treat and relax you on holiday. You can also take advantage of the informal yet good quality dining.
Mullion village is a short walk away and has a range of shops and fooderies to suit most of your needs including a well-stocked Costcutter and Spa (selling local produce) to bakery with home made bread and Cornish pasties, delicatessen, chemist, post office and the Atlantic Forge for your wetsuits and the latest beach necessity.
