Outside there is an enclosed garden with barbecue and furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 1.6 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also available. The Attic is a lovely getaway in Cornwall for a family or group of friends. Note: The property is accessed via a flight of stairs which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: There are limited head heights throughout.

Settled next to the bustling fishing village of Cadgwith, Ruan Minor is part of the Ruan-Grade parish alongside Ruan Major and Grade. The village is home to a local Post Office combined with a village store, serving any self-catering needs, along with the Ruan Minor Pavilion bar where locals gather. Over in Cadgwith you can find two more pubs serving delicious seafood, as well as a fishmongers and a gift shop, while heading northward leads you to Kuggar which has two pubs and a local shop too. Ruan Minor is the perfect spot for those seeking a tranquil, quiet break to Cornwall, just a stone's throw from the South Coast West Path where you can delight in soaking up the stunning seascapes and taking energetic rambles. Head down to the National Trust's Lizard Point, the most southern point of England's mainland, visit the gorgeous Kynance Cove, Pentreath Beach, and Housel Bay Beach for some exquisite blue waters you won't forget in a hurry.
