On the ground floor is a kitchen, hall, sitting room with open fire and dining table and a snug with sofa bed. Outside is a big garden with a sun terrace with furniture and barbecue, lawn and orchard. With great sea views and a footpath to the beach, Ayrmer Path is a brilliant house for a coastal break in Devon.
