Updated and beautiful Villa with use of the single car garage takes you right into the kitchen. The KITCHEN is updated with new white cabinetry, black/white granite stone countertops, tile flooring, 5 burner glass top stove with oven and plenty of dishes and all basic appliances including a stainless blender, toaster, and coffee maker. There's a small cafe table for 4 off the kitchen. Plus there's a (kitchen to dining) pass thru that makes setting up the larger dining table for dinner time a breeze. Easy quick clean-ups....load the dishwasher and off you go!

The vaulted LIVING ROOM has a comfortable, quality sofa and chair with ottoman plus a huge new Sharp Roku flat screen TV including cable! High speed WiFi is included. Stream your favorite Netflix series, just login and enjoy with the gang! Open the sliding door on cool evenings and let the fresh air flow inside....the LANAI is screened. You can enjoy a little wine and fruit or your morning coffee without large critters!

Bedroom: The MASTER bedroom is quite large with a new King bed ( and mattress) and settee placed at the end of the bed, Cable TV (no apps), and stacked sliding door that opens wide to the screened lanai....perfect place to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning listening to the birds sing magically. The master includes an updated ensuite bathroom with shower/tub, granite vanity plus a walk-in closet to hang up your new vacation clothes. The 2nd bedroom has two new twin beds with a wall-mounted Smart TV (cable included). Just outside the bedroom doorway is the 2nd bathroom updated with a tiled shower and solid stone vanity.

Beach accessories include beach towels, 4 beach chairs and one umbrella.

The clubhouse has additional parking for guests, heated swimming pool/spa with lots of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas for shade, shuffleboard, with a large pond containing a beautiful art sculptured fountain bringing much wildlife to enjoy throughout your stay. You will find this complex to be very quiet and peaceful. If you love to barbecue then you're in luck. The clubhouse has a large barbecue area with multiple barbecue grills, utensils, several picnic tables as well as a screened-in lanai with two dining tables inside the clubhouse off the grilling area. The clubhouse also has a reading/game room, full kitchen that has been updated in granite and stainless steel, a large gathering room including a 55” flatscreen TV/cable and lots of folding tables and chairs. There is a pool table as well. To top it all off, there is a putting green located near the entrance of the complex.

Weekly Rental in a great location that can sleep 5 with a fold-up cot and thick mattress. Only .4 mil to Sarasota Square & . 8 miles to Costco. Park to walk the legacy trail only 5 minutes away or rent bikes for the week to ride over...either way, it's only 1.8 miles. Publix Grocery stores about 7-9 minutes away. No pets or emotional support animals.
