It's time to feel good! Enjoy both Sunrise & Sunset from this updated oversized 1 bedroom Gulf Front condo! Spend the days relaxing by the swimming pool or grab a beach chair and head to the beach! This end unit offers the best of both worlds! Relax on the east side balcony and enjoy early morning sunrise with your coffee or an early evening glass of wine while the sun sets on the Gulf Front terrace. This condo has been updated with new furnishings, smart tv's and brand new towels and bedding! The unit is also equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience! If you don't feel like going to the beach you can lounge poolside before enjoying a game of putt putt across the street. There are several great restaurants with in a short distance. The property will include beach towels and beach chairs for your convenience. King sized bed in the bedroom and a brand new queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Comes with one assigned covered parking space.

This property offers initial supplies for a 3 day stay. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.

Perefect Beachfront Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was recently updated and done beautifully . It was very comfortable and clean . The beachfront view and sunsets were spectacular. The pool was well maintained and heated. It was walkable to a few attractions and restuarants. The only negative was that the elevator was out of service while we were there and we were only informed a few days before we arrived. The property management co did give us a % refund to compensate but since we were on the 3rd floor it did negatively impact our vacation . i would definitely come back to this condo but would make sure the elevator is working !! To note , Taylor, whom we dealt with at Seaside Property management was wonderful . he communicated our concerns about the elevator and even came to help carry our belongings up the stairs when we arrived . thank you , Taylor.

Spring get Away

It was absolutely beautiful sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the sun set. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfy. We really enjoyed our week at "Walking on Sunshine"

Balcony and Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the condo. I do wish there were more papertowels and toilet paper provided so we could stay in vacation mode. The elevator was out but we were compensated for our trouble. The location was great. The pool was wonderfully heated. The management company was great to deal with.

We had a wonderful time! Condo was beautiful and very clean. Communication and check in process was very easy. Loved having beach chairs and equipment available to us. Would definitely stay here again!!

Updates to Ad for Condo

Hi, We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend you give more information about what's available in the condo such as, hairdryer, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, some amenities - salt/pepper, ice maker. The only other thing I would recommend is a higher toilet. For us baby boomers we could really use a higher stool. We loved the view of the Gulf and look forward some day to returning to this unit.
