Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs and WiFi. Exceptional Clubhouse offers an amazing 2 pools, 2 fitness centers and tennis & pickle ball courts! (Limit of 8 recreation passes) The kids will love the catch and release fishing in community ponds. Perfect location convenient to lots of restaurants, tax free shopping and only just a short 5-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Bethany Beach. All this makes for a perfect summer beach vacation where you will be sure to create those special family memories! $82.50 Community Fee required.
