Malabar paradise
Location/access/neighborhood excellent. Layout and spaces excellent. Game room totally fun - kids could be playing with door shut and adults still had quiet spaces. The negatives were; kitchen could have use more basic bowls/plates, no garbage bags, no paper towels, half-bath had no soap or other amenities, no salt/pepper. The hot tub chemicals were out of balance and water foamy. Management called and said it was owners responsibility and could not provide chemicals or intervene/help. The two people that used it had itchy skin afterwards. Son-in-law worked with available chemicals and got tolerable balance by the third day (we were there for four). The place had multiple tv’s but we could not get them to work. Again, tech saavy adults could not fix. Management called for repair, said they would send but had to call twice. repaired and got working but could not watch something different on another tv at same time. The heater in the game room stopped working on the last night we were there.
Overall we loved the space/layout/location we had chosen to spend more for more amenities but felt shortchanged by the negatives
