Sand and Sea Beach House - Meredith Lodging

This gorgeous Pacific City home has two full living spaces, both with a sunny wall of windows for views of the town, the ocean, the river, and Haystack Rock. A splendid living room has a stacked-rock gas fireplace, TV, contemporary furnishings, and a formal dining table. The upstairs fantastic game room has the same great amenities plus a wet bar, pool table, and foosball table. That makes Sand and Sea Beach House ideal for sharing your vacation time with friends or extended family—you’ll have plenty of room to gather, but also separate areas to congregate or retreat. Each floor has a beautiful, spa-like bath with updated counters and tile. Three queen bedrooms, one on the main level and two upstairs, give your guests privacy and comfort. Gathering in the magnificent kitchen is easy since it opens up to the living and dining rooms and has a breakfast bar—you’ll love the quartz countertops, tile flooring, stainless steel appliances and gas range for cooking. A barbecue lets you grill outdoors on the ocean-view deck while you relish the sunset.

Sand and Sea Beach House is close to shopping and dining, the Nestucca River, and easy reach of the beach. You may gravitate to the excitement of Cape Kiwanda, with Haystack Rock, tidepools, the Pelican Pub, and Meridian Restaurant. If you want a quieter time at the beach, head south to Bob Straub State Park and its quiet dunes, flat stretches of beach, and the bird-filled skies over the estuary. Whether you prefer to paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, fishing, beachcombing, shopping, or dining, you and your guests will enjoy life at the beach in Pacific City!

Totally recommend

The house was beautiful. Just needs ice cube treys as the fridge ice maker didnt work and the buttons for the dishwasher didnt work very well. It took it us half an hour of messing with the buttons to get it to turn on. Other than that it was great. Beautiful house.

Great!

Beautiful home, with lots of space for teens to hang out. Everything we needed in the kitchen, and beds were comfy. The driveway is steep and slanted so best to back in, but other than that it’s perfect!
