We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation at the Beach on hold, we are ready for you now! While our rental homes may look a little different, yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. When choosing your home, please be sure to read the descriptions carefully.
This is an adorable, charming, raised ranch, pool home with an open concept floor plan. A perfect location as it is a 3 minute walk to the beach and a lovely stroll to the downtown area. You will love the open, airy feeling with the pitched high ceilings.
This updated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 renovated bathrooms. As you enter the home, there is a dining area that seats 8, an open kitchen and living area and a laundry room off of the kitchen. Grab a quick cup of coffee or keep the chef company at one of the 2 stools at the kitchen bar that overlooks the cooking area and beautiful granite countertops.
You will enjoy relaxing and people watching on your screened in lanai off of the living room, complete with a bisto table and 4 chairs.
The main king bedroom is located off of the living area with an en-suite bath that includes 2 sinks and an over-sized walk in shower.
The other 2 bedrooms at the other end of the house share an updated bathroom with a shower/tub combination. One of the guest bedrooms is a king and the other is has 2 twins.
The enclosed pool in the back is a true sanctuary to unwind and remind you why you are on vacation!

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
