Upper 4 Bedroom 4 Bath duplex with a large deck next to the Balboa Pier is a great location for shopping, restaurants, Balboa fun zone, and ferry to Balboa island. This spacious upper unit with cathedral ceilings unit has a lot to offer. Once you park the car, you won’t have to move it! The home has 4 bedrooms the master suite in the rear has a king bed has tiled en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. Two middle bedrooms have both a twin and a double bed and the other a queen. Fantastic location and space!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. Location was perfect and bedrooms had just what we needed for space. We loved the fireplace. Downsides, floor was not clean, dirty bare feet within hours of being there. Several fixtures came off the wall (towel bars). Only two burners worked on the stove. There was nothing in the house, shampoo, books, spices to cook with, etc but that’s understandable for this kind of rental. Overall for the price it was great!

Balboa Stay

The location of the property was great and the check in process was so easy and close. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was the cost of a maid fee which didn’t include the making of the beds. All sheets and towels were rolled up in Saran Wrap and left in each room. We had to make and un-make the beds as well as take out all trashes. I understand that this let’s the guest know that everything for sure is clean and taking out the trashes was no big deal. However, I feel as though the charge for this is excessive given the amount of work that is placed on the renter.

The size and location of the property is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed being in the space and looking at the view from the huge windows. I am familiar with the rentals in the area and for the price feel like this is one of the best I’ve stayed in. Would DEFINITELY rent it again
