We loved the accommodations and the location! Very comfortable and amazing view. We enjoyed the pool and beach area. We were close enough to walk to restaurants. We had a couple of issues with smoke detector batteries and the host was quick to respond. The second part of our trip was interrupted by Hurricane Lowell. The host was gracious to work with us to leave early. I hope to return and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommend!

the windows on the patio were so filthy that we went to the hardware store and bought a squeegy and cleaned them. They were dirty when we stayed there in September 25 but worse this visit. It was clear they hadn't been cleaned since then. We also found a cockroach in the diswasher. The stay was great, the view was amazing. This is our 2nd stay in this particular unit, 3rd time in this building and we will come back but I would recommend a pest treatment and frequent window cleaning.

First, we take cleanliness and pest control very seriously. All of our properties are professionally treated for pests every three months, and this particular property was treated just nine days before your arrival, on August 11th. While an occasional pest can unfortunately make its way into a tropical, oceanfront property, we understand that this is not something a guest wants to encounter during their stay. We will be following up with our pest control vendor and scheduling an additional treatment. We also clean all of the main lanai windows prior to each guest’s arrival. Because this property is literally located on the water, salt air and changing weather conditions can sometimes create challenges with keeping the windows perfectly clear, even with regular cleaning and maintenance. In both cases, we certainly wish we had known about these items while you were in-house. That would have given our team the opportunity to address them for you immediately rather than learning about them after your departure through the review. To any future guests reading this, please don't hesitate to reach out to us during your stay if there is anything you need or if you notice anything that isn't quite right. Our team is here to help, and we always appreciate the opportunity to address concerns while you're with us and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our family enjoyed this property so much! Amazing views and the perfect spot for a sunrise each morning. It was the perfect size for our family of five. Our girls loved the pool. Location was great as well. We went to both the North and South side of the island on our stay so it was nice being in the middle of those locations. We will definitely go back!

Paradise with Beautiful Sunrises

It was a Wonderful Property and We Enjoyed it Immensely! The amenities were as listed and everything we needed for our stay. The Sunrises were my favorite and I’m not an early riser usually! Location was Great, too! We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

Beautiful Place!

Everything was better than we expected- the property was gorgeous, the home was comfortable and clean, and the beach chairs and umbrella were so nice to have! We were able to walk to get food and coffee and our kids loved the pool and tide pools/beach in front. We will be back!

Kauai vacation rental

Our family visited Kauai and stayed here and it was amazing. The condo was very clean, views were incredible, and it was nice and quiet and away from the main road. Highly recommend this place. We will be back soon.

Very enjoyable

First time I stayed at a Vrbo instead of a hotel resort I found it much more enjoyable

Well appointed condo with fabulous views. Huge bank of glass sliders gives you that outdoor feeling from the inside.

Our on-island team is made up of individuals who were either born and raised on Kaua‘i or have called the island home for many years. This deep connection to the island gives us a wealth of local knowledge, which we love to share with our guests. We’re always happy to recommend the best and safest places to explore, based on current weather and ocean conditions.

When we're not hosting Kauai Exclusive guests, you’ll find us out enjoying the island ourselves—whether it's relaxing on the beach, hiking, fishing, playing golf, or snorkeling. We’re also passionate about local food and love sharing our favorite spots to eat!

Being a host is more than just a job for us—it’s a way to genuinely share the aloha spirit. We understand that for many of our guests, visiting Kaua‘i is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and it’s truly an honor to be a part of the unforgettable memories made here.
