Great house and just as advertised. Walk downstairs to the beach or great places to eat close. It was a great place to stay and ready to stay again. I love this place.

Great overall experience! Hearing the water during our stay was magical. Short walking distance to food and beaches. Instructions and access to the unit was simple and straightforward. Only feedback is there is no washer and dryer in the unit even though laundry is listed as an amenity. The laundry is a paid service right up the road.

Malibu Pacific Ocean Stay!

Directly on the beach…so much that during high tide, the ocean actually washes up directly under the bungalow. The bungalow is out there a bit, but walking distance to the pier which was awesome! We had a wonderful lunch at the pier restaurant and took nice walks on the beach. The unit had an A view, with waves crashing on the beach just below the porch area. Very tranquil. The bungalow was clean and well appointed. Great powerful shower and comfortable bed. Porch chairs welcome the Pacific Ocean directly to you, just below.

Our favorite vacation spot. Walk to everything. Waves under the house at night is awesome. Malibu Seafood, shopping, pier, surfing.

What a view!

Everything about this property was easy. From the directions to find it, check in and out process, and communication with management. The view is incredible and the unit was great.

Perfect Malibu Location Literally on the water.

We stayed for two nights on a trip to SoCal. The bungalo is literally over the beach with waves crashing undetneath. What a wonderful way to fall asleep. Perfect for two. Might be cozy for four - the couch opens to a bed. The bungalo is a little worn, but that is the nature of a house ovet salt water. It was clean, and had all the necesities. The deck is a perfect place to watch the sunsets. There are steps from the deck to the water. There is not much of a beach right there, its exposed at low tide. But there are wider beaches nearby. Close to famous Malibu resturants. Grocery stores nearby. LA museums are about a 40 minute drive away.

Mom and Daughter Get-a-way

On the ocean! The crashing waves lulled us to sleep every night. It was the get a way I so needed. The bungalow was perfect for us - Our goal is to make this spot every year from now on.

Great Get-a-Way

Perfect for adults who wants a quiet beachfront getaway. If you love the sound of the waves, this place is for you! Property was nice and off the street enough so the PCH wasn't too noisy. I don't think we could have heard any Street noise anyway as the high tide was pretty intense. You can walk the beach but have to go during low tide times and you can Google when that is. Easy access to the beach from this unit. Cruz was very accessible and helpful.

Perfect beach getaway

Great spot and very clean. We have stayed in 2 properties in this building and both were fantastic. Cruz is the manager is very easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

Great experience on the beach in Malibu

Lovely, tranquil apartment on the sand. Spectacular view. Older Malibu charm. The photos and description in the listing were completely accurate. Only negatives: skimpy and cheap kitchen utensils, and cigar smoking neighbor.

Definitely staying here again

We had a great time staying in this bungalow. It was very clean and right on the beach. It could not have been better. I think it's great for couples but more than 2 or 3 people it might feel crowded. Loved it for a couple's weekend getaway and definitely plan to stay here again later this year. The management was very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed this beachfront bungalow. It was comfortable for the two of us and we loved being on the beach and listening to the waves. They do crash under the house during high tides. Property was clean and just as pictured and advertised. Check-in was convenient and trouble free.

The Perfect Place !!

The place is heavenly, your on the water and the view is unbelievable. The property manager Valerie Zingaro is the best. She answered all of my questions and gave great information about the area. Valerie makes this bungalow easy to rent. The pictures does not do this place justice- it’s much more of a story that the pictures can tell. Will definitely go back.
