Second time staying in these Condos and both times were great! This room was perfect! The A/C control pad battery went out and I couldn’t find more batteries and it was later in the night. The on call text message service was answered promptly and they told me there were batteries under the bed in a tote. There weren’t any but i found some in a remote and they brought some the next morning! We were well pleased with our stay!

Great oceanfront condo

Very nice accommodations. My sister and I stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful vacation in Perdido Key. Beautiful beaches and delicious seafood. We especially enjoyed the outdoor table and chairs on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We hope to return next year to the same place.

Excellent beach front Condo. Friendly front office staff. Amenities were exactly as listed. Would stay again.

Perfect Location

If you love to vacay on the beach, this condo is perfect. It's right on the beach! Loved having morning coffee and evening cocktails on this balcony! It was clean, the front desk clerk and members were so friendly and kind. Will definitely stay again.

Lifelong Friend's Vacation

The condo was just as the picture showed. Very clean and comfortable. The front lobby staff was very friendly and welcoming and we felt like we were at home.

Perfect

Beautiful condo, with a beautiful ocean view. Woke up every morning to the sounds of the waves. even got to see dolphins swimming from the balcony. It was perfect and relaxing, couldn't ask for anything more.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at The Perdido Sun. It was right on the beach with beautiful views. It was well maintained and any questions I had were promptly answered by the management company. We found several nice restaurants locally and felt it was a family friendly town and always felt safe. The only downfall was the hot tub was not working the last few days we were there but I understand these things happen. We hope to return soon!

Clean, safe, fast elevators, convenient to shopping

The keyless entry at our unit was fantastic! The dishwasher was subpar and malfunctioning at best but it don't ruin anything on my vacation. The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect for my young children. The view from our 6th floor condo was amazing!

Perfect place for small family

Perfect size and price for my husband, toddler, and myself. We brought our sons bed with us, however the bed was big enough for the 3 of us. All essentials in the kitchen were included. It was nice having a heated pool being the outside pool was too cold for our little one. Condo is in a great central location between orange beach and Pensacola.

Awesome Condo

The only complaint we had was the need for curtains in the living room and bedroom. The living room would get very warm during the heat of the day. The bedroom has blinds however, the light from the catwalk would still come in and light up the room. Bed is super comfortable, kitchen has everything we needed when we cooked, easy access to the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

loved the view and easy access to the beach. hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for the building amenities. was very helpful with a personal issue. the only issue we had that was slightly detrimental was that at check in. we were given the wrong code for the door. after multiple attempts we called and staff was very helpful, gave us a new code which got us right in.

Christmas on the beach

Clean, relaxing condo with an amazing location and great view of the gulf. It’s a perfect place if you want to just come and sit by the water to decompress from life but still close enough to night life, shopping and more all within a 30 minute drive. My husband and I did both and had an absolute wonderful vacation. The only damper to our stay is that we had a delayed entry to the property because the automated door lock was not working properly. The rental company responded quickly to our text but even still, we had to wait 45 minutes for a locksmith to arrive to let us in. These things happen which is why we can only rate them a 4. Otherwise, everything was terrific!

Excellent location

Started our vacation stuck at the door of unit because the door code did not work. I called Southerns office, she asked me if I was at the right location. Come on, really. Then she said "I don't know where they got that code". Took about 15 minutes. Unit was as described except it's not full on facing the beach. Balcony faces West for great sunset views. Only one elevator working. Coffee and filter left in maker from previous renters. Someone needs to monitor the walkways and showers to beach, mats at shower always packed with sand.

Many issues and not very satisfied with our stay

When we arrived we had door lock issues. They came and temporarily resolved them but were sending someone back to repair. We never saw or heard from them. By Thursday, we got locked in our room for hours!!! Yes, LOCKED INSIDE! We waited and waited on a locksmith to get us out. I was not happy! They offered nothing to ease our inconvenience. Additionally, there was bacon grease left in a pan on the counter and we found other cleaning issues. The manager said that they were having some problems with the cleaning crew. Later, they questioned us about a missing comforter (which was not there at all when we arrived). They also questioned us about arm bands being destroyed. They were like that when we arrived. I think they definitely have issues with whomever should be checking out the place. I would not stay here again or use this company to rent another unit in the future. I was very disappointed! Perdido Key is beautiful but quite crowded on the beaches! We will most likely not return to this beach. The National Park area is beautiful, and I would make sure you visit there if you find yourself in Perdido Key. Make sure you pick a different company to rent from!
