This charming, compact oceanview condo is perfect for couples with small children, just steps from the beach in the gated Seaside complex. Recently remodeled, it features a unique kitchen with new appliances and a spacious breakfast bar that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. The open layout includes a King bed, small built-in bunks for kids, and a Queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy Smart TVs, a private patio with ocean breeze, and included beach chairs and towels for effortless beach days! 🌊☀️🏝️
Best suited for a couple and 2-3 kids max.

Location Highlights: Just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. A short walk to Lowcountry Celebration Park with its playgrounds, events, and outdoor fitness trail. The gated, oceanfront complex includes access to a pool, sundeck, and direct beach access, ensuring a perfect coastal getaway. Full access to the condo, pool, sundeck, beach access, and the gated parking lot.

Please note, only 1 parking pass is available for guests, and the lot has spaces for up to 2 cars under the building. Whether you’re here to relax on the beach, explore Hilton Head’s attractions, or just enjoy the view from your patio, this condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience!

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Have been vacationing at Seaside Villas for 38 years. Unit was nice and clean, our host checked in with us often. Great place for families! Highly recommend!

Great property close to the beach for a short stay. Excellent communication with host. My only complaint was that the dishes in the kitchen needed to be cleaned prior to us using them. Other than that it was a great stay.

Fantastic Location!! The owner was easy to communicate with and extremely kind. She text the day of check in to make sure we had everything we needed. I will certainly stay here again on my next trip to HH.

The room was clean, AC worked great in the really hot days, kitchen was just what we needed for storing food and water bottles. Was so great to have beach access 2 minute from the room as well as showers to clean kids off and car was so close to room and beach access. Beach was also less crowded than other Hilton head beaches. All around amazing stay and will definitely look to go back there next time we visit Hilton Head.

We always enjoy coming to Hilton head and our stay at 2:35 made it all that more enjoyable this time the room was clean, the weather was great, and the beaches were wonderful. 235 offers easy access to beaches and shops and the host. Kendall was great to work with. Will definitely be coming back!

Owner was amazing for communication. Kind and courteous! Villa was clean and adorable. Just as shown. Bed was super comfy. Beach was beautiful and pool was as well! We would recommend and stay again in a second! So convenient to coligny shops and restaurants as well!!

Enjoyed our stay. Doesn’t really have a beach view from the balcony because of the palm trees blocking it. It states it is a 1 bedroom but it has no door to the bedroom so difficult to separate noises from early risers in the kitchen and living room. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach.

Beautiful little condo. Great location, steps to the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Or easy walking to pick up the free shuttle. Hosts were super nice. Checking to see if we needed anything. Condo was comfy and well stocked.

The condo is very small, but was clean and well appointed. The owner was very responsive and sweet enough to leave cookies to welcome us. The property is a great location, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The building is older and the hallways have a bad lingering smell (not in the owner’s control).

Super responsive host, directions and instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Could just see the ocean from the deck through a palm tree. Bed was very comfy. Unit overall could use some updates and fixes. Location was great for anytime beach access.

Nice little condo in a great location

Very cute condo in a perfect location for us...beach and walk to Coligny park (shuttle to Heritage classic). Some little things could have been better (i.e. toilet seat that was more secure, garbage slide that stayed on its rails) but overall, a very nice clean little spot.Kendall (our VRBO contact) was magnificent!

The listing says one bedroom and sleeps 6. There is no bedroom door because of the type of AC in the unit. The 2 beds in the wall are about 2 feet wide. I would not feel safe putting a child in one of those narrow beds, especially that high off the ground. They might be fine if you were used to sleeping on a ship in the Navy. There would be no way to sleep on your side. There were only 4 mugs for a place that sleeps 6. The AC barely reached the “bedroom”. We were a little disappointed in the place compared to the description.

Cute,clean and comfortable. Perfect spot for a beach getaway. Easy access to beach and walkable to all coligny plaza shopping and restaurants. Nice private pool. Safe, secure parking. Would absolutely stay here again.
