Best for family

Absolute best, most convenient stay for you and your family with kids. Love the access two chairs and umbrella, has a pool and a bar and Grill. Condo was perfect, had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable, balcony had the best for you. We definitely come here again.

Awesome people to deal with. Very helpful and they did everything to make our stay amazing. We were walking distance from the wedding. Would definitely recommend. The view from the 19th floor is amazing too!

Wonderful

We had a fabulous time at this property. They were so thoughtful in all the needs that it supplied, especially for younger children. It made packing for our large family so much simpler. The beach was beautiful and we all enjoyed our time very much. We were super impressed. We would highly recommend this place.

This property was very clean and fully equipped for our 3 year old and 7 month old to enjoy and be comfortable! Even though the weather wasn't the greatest we still has a very nice trip. Our host seems very sweet and very prompt. She was good to check on us through every step from booking all the way through check out!!

Clean and had everything we needed! We will return!

This year was our second spring trip to Panama City Beach. #1906 E will be one we return to in the years to come. It was clean and a perfect fit for our family. Everything we needed was provided. The balcony was the perfect size and the condo was very family friendly. We love the added benefit of the beach chairs as well. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

Amazing time!

I can't say enough about how great our stay was in E1906. This was our second year at Splash and this year was even better. The room with bunk beds is perfect for young kids. It has books, toys, and a little table just like what we have at home. Amazing views from the 19th floor, too. The owner was extremely responsive via text. I would return here without hesitation.

Decorated very nice spacious and exceptionally clean

Was immaculately clean, very good communication with owner. Everything exactly as listed. It is very spacious. Saw ocean life from our balcony daily. Nice table and chairs outside for sitting and even eating outside with table. Beds were super comfortable except for one mattress and owner is replacing this weekend.

Everything You Expect From a Vacation Condo!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this condo and with the resort amenities. It is obvious this unit is very well-maintained. You cannot ask for better beach access. The condo is right on the beach within a few yards from the water. Also, our kids LOVED the pools each day after we finished with the beach. If we visit PCB again in the future, I will request this unit.

Great Property

The unit is spacious and clean. Our only concern was that with a daredevil 3 year old, there was no way to lock the balcony doors where he couldn’t open them. A lock up high would be great. Otherwise, no issues, very comfortable, family friendly, owner was helpful and communicative. Would stay again.

Amazing view and clean unit

We arrived in PCB early. The owner allowed us an early check in, thankfully. We found the unit to be very clean, spacious, and taken care of. The beds were comfortable and showers were lovely. The kitchen is gorgeous! The entire condominium made us feel safe. The heated pool was excellent since we visited in February. I appreciated the prompt communication from the owner! I would love to visit the other properties she has to offer!

Great value, beautiful location!

The moment we walked into the unit you could tell it had been thoroughly cleaned, very fresh! The unit was very comfortable, everything we needed was there. The view is fantastic and the balcony is HUGE! The owners were very congenial and communication was prompt, directions and instructions were clear. Having the washer and dryer was so nice, no dirty clothes to lug home! Although we didn't have small children this resort is great for families! The beach was beautiful and when you look out on the balcony at night and see people with flashlights on the beach, they are looking for ghost crabs, the kids on the beach were so excited catching them, bring a small net though they're easier to catch! Loved my birthday long weekend here, will definitely consider returning! Rent this unit, you won't regret it!

Great for kids!

Very nice, comfortable condo. Owner communicated with us promptly every time we needed her. We enjoyed the balcony a lot. We were expecting a little quieter stay being the end of September, but the place was packed with all ages of kids! I expected that on the one weekend we were there but not during the weekdays before and after. I wonder how many people were really staying in the condos! A lot of times I saw no bracelets on people….I imagine it’s almost impossible to patrol that many people! However, the condo itself was great and the view was fantastic! If I ever have any grandchildren, I will bring them here!

Unit was ok but property was not clean

Unit was ok. Master bed was not comfortable, kids room tv didn’t connect to anything so was unusable, living room tv remote connects to master bedroom tv causing conflicts, service was really slow, there were no oven mits for removing items out of the oven, hot tub had so much chlorine that it ruined my bathing suit. It was army green and after the first 15 minutes it was the color of mustard and splotchy everywhere. Brown suds in the hot tub! Why are only 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher tablets, and two laundry tablets provided?? We booked for a week and should be provided enough supplies for that time frame. Checkin supervisor lady PAMELA was extremely rude to us during checkin and offered no resolution. Took advantage that it was a holiday and nobody to call. Overall I think it’s time to move on from Splash to a new vacation spot.
