Perfect place for our family

We loved the location so much. It was perfect! All the amenities were great for a 5 year old who loves the water. Getting from the parking garage to our condo was so easy with the bridge to cross the street. The view was gorgeous and our host kept in contact and made sure we didn't need anything. Very clean and the bed was very comfy. I slept great! Would definitely recommend and can't wait to stay again.

Beautiful views

The space was big enough for the six of us with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Everything was exactly has described and we definitely come stay again and will definitely suggest this condo to friends and family. 5 stars all the way.

Place was Great!

This was our first trip to PCB. Other than the weather being a little chilly this was a perfect trip. To be totally fair it was late February so we knew we were rolling the dice on warmth. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts were great to work with. We will be back!

The hotel was not great but the room was excellent and beach access very enjoyable. Hotel staff rude and not helpful. Took an hour to check in

Family of 7 enjoying this well kept room. Sand toys, crib, and little kid table made this room unique. The resort is very kid friendly. The resort was working on a couple of the elevators, so hopefully those are renovated by the time the busy season begins.

Great place

The trip was great. The condo was wonderful. Even better than the pictures. Perfect for our 2 year old with a small kids table she loved. Great view of the ocean. Do not have anything negative to say. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this place.

Great for a family of 4!

Awesome condo- beautiful decor and view! It is further down the strip, away from most of the restaurants. The elevators are swamped at all times, which made for lengthy wait times. We would happily return. Our girls (3 and 6) loved the bunk beds!

My husband and I and my daughter loved staying here!! She is 4 and loved eating and coloring at the small kids table that was provided. The rooms stayed nice and cool which is always what I’m looking for. It was nice and clean and had all necessities in the bathroom and kitchen. Balcony view is beautiful. TVs are awesome. No issues!

Great family getaway

Great location right on the beach with small water park and pool that was great for the kids. We spent mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pools. Food available for purchase at pool which was a nice convenience, though very expensive. Ocean view was everything we wanted it to be. Had small issue with the sink that Yuhila addressed right away. Clean and comfortable. Would have been nice if the apartment had some cooking basics like salt/pepper/oil, but assuming it didn’t for Covid precautions. Would highly recommend for families with small kids. We loved our vacation.

Great Option for Families with Kids

We traveled with a 10yo and a 4yo. I loved being right on the beach and having the option of the splash area for when they needed a break from the sun and ocean water. Our unit was great (would have liked taller chairs on the balcony), and I loved that it came with a chair and umbrella rental. I didn’t realize parking was across the street which wasn’t ideal. Would we stay here again? For sure. Oh and beware of the drinks at the Riptide place: they were terrible. Basically tasted like the color blue and still cost as much as a good drink elsewhere.

Adequate stay

Property manager/owner was very accommodating & allowed us to reschedule twice due to Hurricane Ida even though the booking was non refundable.. Unit was clean but bed was not comfortable. The unit could also use some sprucing up. The main building needs a lot of sprucing up. Very dingy & worn. The stay was adequate but not for the price we paid. This property is not worth that kind of money in my opinion.

Everything We Wanted

I have stayed at Splash more times than I could count. This one was by far the best tho. No other hosts have equipped the condo so well. In fact, I've been reprimanded by previous hosts because I tried to leave items to help the following guests. It was very refreshing to see that this condo keeps things like condiments and such for guests. And they leave several trash bags too, unlike other hosts who expect guests to need no more than 2 for an entire week's stay. It was also lovely to see the extra bathroom supplies as well. Also, my teenage son left a ring, and they were kind enough to mail it back to us. I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about these hosts and this condo. This is undoubtedly who I will book through from here on out!

Phenomenal Family Getaway Spot

After one of the most turbulent weeks of our lives in our home state, this beautiful oceanfront getaway was just what we needed to get away and reset. The condo provided easy access and parking was a breeze. Check in took all of two minutes to get our arm bands and parking pass from the resort. Off to the condo, up the elevators (two per tower!), we immediately felt right at home. The temperature was perfect inside, and the thermostat was easy to use. The entire unit was spotlessly clean, with fresh paint and beautiful decor. They provided more than adequate amenities for our stay, much to our surprise and delight. The beautiful view from the nicely furnished balcony was a wonderful respite from the bustling beach below. The beds were very comfortable and clean, the pillows very soft. Our children were very comfortable on the bunks and pull out bed, as were we in the master. The bathrooms provided plenty of hot water and clean towels that were soft and fluffy. We were able to wash our own clothes in the w&d in the unit, and the kitchen was fully stocked. When we were ready to hit the sand, there were even beach toys and gear in the laundry room that I hadn't expected and wished I hadn't overpacked our own! This was a terrific bonus. The attendants were friendly and got us right in our comfortable beach chairs already reserved for the unit. The beach front was clean and the atmosphere was wonderful. The pools and splash pads were clean and well maintained. The food and drinks served at the grill were good, the donut/coffee/ice cream shop is alright too! More to do in PCB is easily accessible by walking, car, golf cart rental or Uber, this is the perfect spot to vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will be returning for many summers to come.

Awesome place

Owner very responsive to questions. Clean property and just like on pictures. We truly enjoyed our stay. Sand toys provided. Kitchen equipped with everything you could need. Washer and dryer was a plus.

This was our first trip to the beach with our 3 and 2 year old. It was perfect!!!

The place was great. Toms to do for the kids. The place was busy but never felt over whelmed by people. Always room to enjoy your area. Room/ condo was perfect. Yulia is wonderful!
